This piece was made after getting a mini set of oil pastels, and I wanted to test them out with a fun sketch of what summer felt like to me that year. I had a glass of lemonade beside me and from there made it my own with abstract colors and shapes!

Spring Hill, United StatesI am a college student currently studying Music Ed at Olivet Nazarene University. Previously studying Studio Art, I have taken college level courses for art throughout high school gaining awards for my pieces in events such as the Scholastic Art Awards and a finalist position in a local Fine Arts Showcase. I have a love of all things color, and enjoy excelling in all types of mediums, as I am a lover of learning! You will notice a lot of my portfolio pieces reside from my AP Portfolio, where I themed it on nostalgia and the use of color to demonstrate the emotion. I hope to inspire you with joy on your journey!
