STATEMENT
I am a fine artist and muralist based in California. I love exaggerating color and finding palettes that mimic colors that make up our natural world. I am currently inspired to create surrealist landscapes including sunsets, mountains, skyscapes, and imaginary dimensions within the clouds. I often develop a deeper meaning connected to consciousness and spirituality.

BIO
Natalie Gabriel is a muralist and fine artist based in California. She specializes in large-scale sunset murals in aerosol and portraiture and loves to fill the world with color through spray-painted gradients. She enhances environments through a combination of large-scale outdoor and indoor murals and fine art paintings. She celebrates moments where colors light up the sky and consciousness shifts, depicting an elevated sense of beauty in her paintings and murals.
Born and raised in San Diego, Natalie received her Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2017. Natalie has spent the past decade studying and working in San Francisco and is inspired by early street culture and the Bay Area graffiti scene.
Natalie’s recent works put the culmination of her training and passions on full display by fusing realistic portraiture into her colorful land and seascapes in aerosol, as seen notably in her “Carol Doda” mural (2022) and “Someone for Everyone” series (2024).
Her mural of Carol Doda on Columbus Avenue in North Beach and coinciding unveiling event were featured in The San Francisco Chronicle, Hoodline, SFist, 48Hills, BrokeAssStuart, and the podcast North Beach Now.
