The team of teens consulted their community, shared with them the research they’d done on international street art and created a unique and personal design.

The process to create this mural began in 2014. It began with encouraging the local community and neighbourhood to submit their own designs. Word quickly spread and the unveiling of the final piece of street art was a large celebration. The mural has since featured in commercials, television shows, news reports and movies.
