Although we didn't end up working with Cassandra at zero fault of her own, in the conversations we did have, she was friendly, helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to try to figure out to work with us and that was greatly appreciated. If the work is anything like her communication style and customer service, I can only imagine it's brilliant!
