I collaborated with fashion designer Dawid Tomasewski to create the fashion film “Fantastic Voyage” for his Spring-Summer 2022 collection, which premiered during Berlin Fashion Week SS 2022 at the iconic Hotel SO / Berlin Das Stue. This project encompassed every stage of the creative process: Developing a creative concept that aligned with the designer’s themes of longing for the unknown and exciting new experiences. Conducting location scouting to identify and select distinctive sites across Lisbon, enhancing the film’s visual narrative. Leading filming and cinematography, crafting dynamic and visually compelling scenes that embodied the essence of the collection. Curating the soundtrack, collaborating with Portuguese musician M-PeX to pair visuals with a captivating auditory experience. Handling editing and post-production, refining visuals with precise color correction and grading, and perfecting audio and video for a polished final piece. This film highlights my ability to transform artistic visions into sophisticated visual experiences, combining technical expertise and a deep understanding of storytelling. CREATIVE FILMMAKER PRODUCER DIRECTOR CINEMATOGRAPHER VIDEOGRAPHER I’m Diogo, a Portuguese independent filmmaker, producer, director, cinematographer (DoP), and videographer based in Lisbon. With over 20 years of experience, I work with national and international brands, production companies, agencies, and independent artists across corporate films, advertising, documentaries, music videos, promotional content, interviews, and event productions. Depending on the scale and requirements of each project, I can work independently or assemble a tailored team of experienced film professionals and creatives. I provide access to professional production equipment, specialist crew, and studio facilities in Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve. My extensive knowledge of Portugal’s locations, landscapes, architecture, and production environment also allows me to support international clients filming throughout the country.
