I've also worked on many large-scale community projects that involve community paint days; this can help people feel connected to the mural and project. In any case, I make the design process easy by putting together a mood board and detailed mockup before we get to painting. My favorite murals to paint are ones with fun color palettes and feature flowers, animals, or cartoon characters. I have a very steady hand and am also skilled in translating logos or emblems onto walls and ceilings (yes, ceilings!).
