This was my first time purchasing art, let alone having a painting commissioned. Kat guided me through the entire process, was easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I don't have much to compare for time frame but it needed to be done in time for my wife's birthday and I believe it was a very fast turnaround time from the start. Delivery once completed was very fast and done in a secure manner with no damage to the painting. The quality speaks for itself, Kat is an amazing artist and I was very impressed with how she portrayed our family. I would recommend anyone looking to have a portrait commission to go through Kat.

Kat helped me immortalize a dear friend in paint when he passed away. clear communication and timelines as well as a rough draft to show me the general look of the painting. the painting was available upon the time agreed and she couldn't have done a better job.

Kat will collaborate with you to make a stunning oil or watercolour painting that you can cherish. Portraits are hand-painted on gesso-primed stretched canvas (or canvas panel) using high-quality oil paints, or with gouache/watercolour on beautifully textured watercolour paper. Kat enjoys using traditional classical realism techniques and vibrant colour to bring emotion and warmth to each portrait. Paintings will be based on a high-quality, well-lit photo of yours. She is continually inspired by both the style of the old Renaissance masters and the colour palette of the impressionists. These influences are apparent in her work, which combines classical techniques and bold, vibrant colour to create eye-catching and emotive portraits. Since pursuing her art professionally, her work has found homes in private collections all over the world.
