Wow. Elizabeth's work really captured the joyful spirit of my brother and mom. I'm so pleased with the results. And i look forward to presenting this work to her on her birthday. Elizabeth was responsive, easy to work with...she understood what I wanted and executed it with incredible artistry while still giving me her own unique sensibility and perspective. I be honored to commission more work from her.

So, when I asked Evie if we could paint the universe on my barn, she was all smiles. The idea was to have a steel dinosaur sculpture walk into the universe and step out into the Milky Way. With one of Hubble's Deep Field Images, she made it happen beautifully. I'm always inspired and in awe by her painting, writing, scientific acumen, and just overall kindness and enthusiasm for life. What a pleasure to know and work with Elizabeth Eve.

Elizabeth was great to work with for our annual mural festival. Communication prior to the event ensured that everything ran smoothly, and her artwork added to the vibrancy and authenticity of our festival and its mission to highlight art within the district and encourage participants to reimagine their spaces.

Elizabeth painted an intricate, eye catching mural on the side of a large 2-story building in a prominent location in Los Angeles. It rapidly became a stop of neighborhood tours and a landmark for the city. She worked expertly from start to finish. I couldn't recommend her more highly! (This project was completed in 2001 and sadly I do not have photos of it anymore.)

About
My art has been collected internationally. I've worked as an artist-in-residence in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sarajevo and Bosnia and was an advisor to the J. Paul Getty Museum and Science Center and headed their Arts & Science Development Program. I have received various international and national fellowships for art and environmental research projects. My work has been displayed in over 100 galleries and shows and I was represented by the Los Angles Museum of Modern Arts Sales & Rental Gallery Among my fellowships are two International Tides Painting Fellowships and two Earthwatch Fellowships. I was recipient of the Bermuda Artists in Resident masterworks in 2015. Iserved as Science and Art Coordinator with the Global Children’s Organization (GCO), working in a Bosnian summer camp for war orphans. My landmark mural, A Meeting of the Minds (121’ x 33’) can be seen on Mercado La Paloma in Los Angeles. I have painted murals in Spain, Italy, Mexico and California.
