This portrait of John Lennon was created with a special technique I've developed over many years where it was created digitally out of merging and superimposing dozens of existing photographs taken during his lifetime to create an image that is different from any of the original source material and enhanced in colortone to echo in style and mood the iconic White Album portraits by Richard Avedon.
