I am a multidisciplinary, visual artist with a wide range of skill and creative style. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa but have been living abroad for over a decade. I have a passion for drawing, painting, creating mixed media pieces and designing and creating mural art. I have also recently picked up tattooing, having gained experience at tattoo studios in both Vietnam and Turkey. Tattoo is a new skill set for me and one that I am excited to explore further. My art is a fusion of surrealism and fantasy, capturing elements of the unknown and mystical. I am passionate about painting realistic portraiture. I specialize in black and white portraits, contrasted with eye-catching patterns and brilliantly coloured backgrounds. I have an eye for intricate detail and really enjoy creating work that the viewer can get lost in. I am a seasoned mural artist and have dedicated my time and skill to putting up large-scale murals around Vietnam while travelling. I have had the privilege of showcasing my work in several collective exhibitions as well as being signed to a gallery in Hanoi, Vietnam. I am proud to have sold a few of my artworks as well as some tattoo designs, which also showcase my design skills. I have created commissioned works of all kinds from bespoke paintings to illustrative designs for clients. I believe that my artistic skill paired with my ability to listen and visualize are strengths that allow me to execute a creative vision and bring a client's idea to fruition. My objective is to transport the viewer as far away from the mundane as possible. My work is largely inspired by personal experiences and my own life journey. Seeing a project come to life fuels me, I get a great deal of satisfaction from the entire creative process but seeing an idea come to life gives me a rush that words could never express. Driven to connect, collaborate and keep growing creatively.
