Hostel Mural by Nikki T in London

I painted this mural for a hostel located in Cat Ba, Vietnam. It was my first project upon arriving in Vietnam in 2018. With the space being a hostel which welcomed travelers from all over the world, I was asked to come up with a concept that would create a warm and welcoming image, an image that would create and entice a social atmosphere. I was in charge of all of the logistics involved for this project and coming up with the concept for the mural and executed the project single handedly. I used paintbrushes for this mural to capture fine detail throughout the image resulting in a very bold and strong image which greeted its guests at the entrance of the hostel.
