These unique bus shelters were designed in the 70’s and are dotted all around the capital. I wanted to honour the original brutalist design by injecting some life into it with a contemporary colour palette that compliments the original cream base and orange trims with some organic shapes and patterns inspired by the Australian natural environment.

Melbourne, AustraliaHoffy is a multidisciplinary designer and artist, based from her home studio in the Artisan Hills of North East Melbourne, Australia.
Inspired by her love and colour and pattern, Jess’s paintings, digital illustration, commercial projects and large scale murals explore her curiosity of nature and imagination, deconstructing everyday observations into abstracted organic forms to create bold, playful works of art.
With a background in graphic design, Jess compliments this work with a contemporary approach to her art. She has exhibited in group shows nationally, facilitated workshops as an artist in residence in schools and created artwork for clients including Metro Tunnel, Down Syndrome Victoria, Workday, Adairs, Haymes Paint and more.
