About
Hi Guys, My name is Erin Haywood. I'm a 29-year-old mixed media artist, from Melbourne Victoria. My work ranges from oil paintings/acrylic paintings to illustration and large-scale mural work. I've always loved creating work that engages with the community around me. I am mostly inspired by other artists, in particular those who specialize in realism and surrealism. Symbolism plays a large role in my work, and I love to play with reality vs fantasy. I always enjoy having a chat to people to get an idea of what they are feeling and then I try to encapsulate that into my work. To me, the art is a conversation of thoughts and feelings. I then try and translate that into something that can be enjoyed by everyone.
