These puppets were created both for exhibition and also for photoshoots which illustrate the story of Little Red Riding Hood. They were made through the lens of violence against women and looking back at the stories origins. These sculptures are made of felt, sponge and wire.

Leeds, United KingdomI’m Lauren, an illustrator and 3D artist based in Leicestershire and Leeds. I’m a graduate from Leeds Arts University and I create whimsical mixed media work. I make mythical puppets, costumes and masks and illustrations using analogue materials. I’m a storyteller and love creating narrative pieces of work.
