Pandemic Thoughts – Crush on TV characters
A sequel to Quarantine Thoughts, this hand-lettered series explores the ways our minds process the realities of living in the midst of a pandemic, and how prolonged restrictions, social isolation and uncertainty affect our thoughts. Some of these thoughts are silly and seemingly trivial, whereas some of them are more existential. All of them come from a highly personal place reflecting my own experience, though they may certainly overlap with others’.

Geneva, SwitzerlandI’m Tanya and I'm an artist, designer and muralist known for creating infinite varieties of black and white patterns.
Observing the world through lines, contrast and texture, I find no greater joy than to translate what I see into fun, unique designs that can be shared with others. As a multidisciplinary creative, I work across a variety of mediums, blending the boundaries of pattern design, illustration, mural painting and fine art to bring vibrance and personality to spaces. I’ve had the pleasure of creating unique artworks for individuals, brands and communities across the world, working on projects the likes of murals for a city, paintings for private collectors, and illustrations for an international publisher.
Based out Valencia, Spain, and Geneva, Switzerland, I’m constantly creating new patterns and dreaming up surfaces to paint them on!
