Mother Nature by Kina Ink in Ottawa

Hello! My name is Kina and I am a multidisciplinary artist based in Ottawa, Ontario. That basically means that I make art in all sorts of ways. I love to draw, paint and design. I received my BFA with distinction from the University of Concordia in Montreal in 2009. These days, I do a mix of teaching as well as painting colourful canvases in both acrylics and oils. I also do paint-along parties for public and private events. I'm great with children and love to teach all ages. I am bilingual (French) though I prefer to teach in English. I have decades of experience in graphic design and enjoy putting my art on stationery, stickers, clothing & prints. I'm also very adept at web design, print design and publication (such as magazines, photo editing, flyers, and websites). I work all over the place. I can be found painting at my studio, as a member of the Loft Art Studios collective located in Little Italy in Ottawa. I teach part time at the Ottawa School of Art Orleans Campus, as well as the Beacon Hill Craft Club. I spend a good deal of time working from home, as well as on location for private events.
