I'm a mixed media visual artist cultivating a surreal and whimsical style, originally from Stockton CA, now living in Oakland. From a young age I drew inspiration from ballpoint sketches reflecting 1960's Chicano culture sent from my uncle during his incarceration. Having been incarcerated for 17 years myself, I hope to see reform in the criminal justice system and uplift communities as a professional artist.
