100% Rascal by Andy in Oakland

This is my hypothetical world where the beloved child characters of The Little Rascals and All In The Gang were actual people whose lives were never documented as they were in the TV series. Had we an opportunity to peer into their individual lives from childhood through adulthood we'd have been as much in awe. This character is Alfafa and it is evident he's had a hard life. Much like the actual person who played him, Carl Dean Switzer, the face says a lot.
