Hazelwood Skatepark by Paige Orpin in Baltimore
Hazelwood Skatepark
Commissioned by the Baltimore County Skateboard Council in 2024, this mural celebrates the opening of the second skatepark ever in Baltimore County. I independently developed the design and color scheme, and collaborated with local skateboarders/artists to create the final lettering design. This mural serves as the entrance to the skatepark, with the vibrant base design extending around to the opposite side of the wall.

Baltimore, United StatesI am a Baltimore based mural and studio artist with almost 15 years of experience creating vibrant and transformative art for brands, private clients, and community organizations. My extensive commission history includes over fifty artworks and centers around the use of dynamic colors and patterns, designed to uplift and energize the environments they inhabit. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and surrounded by beauty, and this principle drives my approach to both my craft and my collaborations. For me, art is not just about painting walls—it’s about inspiring change, bringing people together, and creating opportunities for collaboration and connection.
