This 48x36 inch piece showcases my unique style by flipping the usual process on its head. Instead of starting with a background gradient and adding line work, I painted the entire canvas with a gradient and then filled the negative space with a solid color. This creates an illusion that the line work is coming from the background, which invites viewers to see things differently.
