This project actually took a lot of research to ensure execution. The mural is painted on metal where an existing paint project was. I was able to paint over this to give the client a fresh perspective. Bringing his "spirit animal" of Big Bend National Park to his brewery.
The clients had an existing wall behind it, spanning the entire length of the brewery with anti-graffiti paint on it. With 10 years of age on our side and stadium level primer, I was able to get paint to take as normal. After the imagery of the mural came to life, I was able to match their logo and signage to the same aesthetic.

Dallas, United StatesWren Martin is an artist local to the Dallas Fort Worth Area. She has a passion for the cities around her and creating a beautiful community from the inside. "I would like to partner with you to make a beautiful city on the outside!"
Wren has a BFA in Drawing and Painting from the University of North Texas, has been an Educator in the Texas School system, taught in art studios local to Denton and has various murals around the metroplex.
“My overall vision has been to connect themes of street art with traditional views of fine art. Combining a modern inspiration from the environment around me with a technical skill is a contrast that expresses my ideals. Neon signs and bold graffiti tags have the purpose of grabbing the attention of consumers and informing. A painted still life represents an object stuck in time through a technique-heavy practice."
