I would never use him. We agreed on price and when I drove 2 hours to his place to drop off canvas for him to start my painting he changed his mind and wanted double the price. I told him no.

Jakob is an extremely talented artist. It was a great privilege to have my portrait with my cat painted by him. He is very professional and his style very compelling and unique. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. This includes everything from the design phase to receiving my painting. I could not be more impressed by this artist and his work.
Couldn’t recommend Dan enough, explained the process of getting a piece done and made it incredibly easy for someone who doesn’t understand the process of how these things work.
Even let me pick it up from an address as posting these things can be a real hassle and stress. If you’re thinking of having a memory captured you’d love to relive and share with your loved ones hesitate no further.

I would like to thank you for putting me in touch with Dimitar to paint a portrait of my late wife Elsie from my favourite photograph of her.
His work is absolutely beautiful; he has captured her likeness perfectly and our children and especially myself will treasure the results of his artistry and skill.
Dimitar has also kept me fully involved throughout this process with progress reports and kept to his promised timescale.

This was my first ever commission and I was really impressed with how Leesa met the brief. I was inspired by a Georgian lover’s eye and Leesa’s body of work fit with my idea. Doing a miniature (30x25mm) was the challenge which Leesa was able to achieve most beautifully as you can see in the photo of the finished piece attached. Communication was swift and easy, we just clicked. Everything was completed within a short timeframe with zero hiccups. The recipient of the finished work was overjoyed with it as well. I highly recommend Leesa and the Book an Artist site.
