About
Lucie is a graphic designer, illustrator, art tutor and practising artist. I studied graphic design and visual communication and now I'm pursuing a postgraduate degree in art therapy after personally experiencing the healing properties of making art and craft. I'm proficient in Adobe Creative Suite but I also enjoy getting my hands dirty. I love to work with brush and acrylics whether it be when I create multi-layered abstract paintings, murals or illustrations. I'm a founder and operator of Lucie Blaze - limited edition skateboard collections and creative workshops for youths and women. My love for art and design connects with my desire for helping others, sharing skills and uplifting young people through art. I launched Born to Create - Celebrating inspirational women events this year and is about to launch the first issue of Born to Create - Interviews with creative women publication.
