About
Born in a family of generations of professional artists, June has had a passion for visual art from childhood. With 8 years of professional experience, June is able to capture the likeness in highly realistic, meticulous oil paintings. She has successfully exhibited in many galleries and museums around Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, UK. June began her artistic journey enthusiastically doodling in the margins of her school text books. By the time she was in secondary school, she was able to copy highly detailed botanical paintings in water colour from her parents’ original paintings. June later taught herself how to use oil paint. Shebecame so enamoured with the richness and depth of this medium that she has mainly been working in oils ever since. June has painted a variety of subjects, from landscapes to animals, but human figure and portraiture have been her passion. June is available for new commissions and usually working to a waiting list of 1-3 months. However she is happy to accommodate any deadlines.
