About
I am a painter based in Brooklyn, NY with many years of experience in still life and portraiture, using a vibrant color palette. I primarily use water-based pigments including acrylics, gouache, and inks/watercolor but trained in traditional oil painting. I have an MFA from Parsons The New School and a BFA in painting from the California College of the Arts. My work resides in the permanent collection of the Ramsey County Historical Society in Minnesota as part of their exhibit “Persistence: Continuing the Struggle for Suffrage and Equality: 1848-2020” and was recently published in I Like Your Work’s 2023 Summer Exhibition Catalog “Esprit de l’escalier” curatored by Alicia Puig. I'm offering my custom services here for portrait commissions. I'm open to other types of projects as well so let's connect!
