Boe (they/she) is a London-based multi-disciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection of queerness, transness, and identity, with a particular focus on advocating for queer people of colour. Their artistic practice is known for its bold, maximalist style, creating immersive worlds that challenge conventional boundaries and celebrate fluidity, resilience, and self-expression. With a diverse skill set, Boe has experience in screenprinting, riso printing, window illustration, comic illustration, and tattooing. These mediums allow them to experiment with texture, layering, and storytelling, bringing a tactile and visual richness to their work. Drawing inspiration from contemporary illustration, nature, tattoo culture, and alternative fashion, Boe's art weaves together intricate details and expansive themes, creating dynamic, visually captivating narratives.
