Born in Bend, OR, Noel Atilano moved north to Portland in search of a broader, more diverse culture. He finds himself embroiled in the accepting communities of neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, POC, and Disabled. Celebrated as an artist, collaborating and organizing large scale projects, and communicating ideas for 14+ years.
