Working with Kirsten was a breeze. She was very patient with numerous concept reviews and we couldn't be happier with the end result. She nailed the brief.

Kirsten was very responsive and enthusiastic about the project we proposed. We appreciate the time and effort of her pre visit the site prior to the project date and find the best possible spot. It definitely presented Melbourne's street art for the fans coming from interstate and overseas, while blended in fan culture of supporting Ian Chan, singersongwriter from Hong Kong, when he visited Melbourne for his concert tour around his birthday time. Thanks Kirsten.

Could not be happier with the final product. It was a very unique painting, and what Kirsten created was better than what we could have imagined. Can’t wait to hang this up in our home. Thank you again Kirsten, you truly are very talented ❤️

Kristen was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! She matched our brief perfectly while bringing her own incredible flair and style, which we absolutely loved. We commissioned Kristen to create two feature doors in our new house build — one with a striking street art portrait of Audrey Hepburn and the other of Marilyn Monroe. She completely nailed both pieces. The artworks are bold, beautiful, and full of personality, instantly becoming the focal points of our home. Throughout the process, Kristen kept us updated with photos and videos as each artwork came to life, which made us feel part of the journey and even more excited to see the final result. We genuinely could not be happier with how everything turned out. Kristen’s professionalism, talent, and warm, easygoing nature made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. We can’t wait to work with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional artist! Aaron & Nick

I contacted Kirsten to do a very special piece for my fiancé whose dad recently passed away. She captured both my partner and his dad amazing and was able to create an amazing painting that looked even better than I could have imagined. She was amazing to deal with and she understood how important this project was for me. We will be contacting her in the future. Thank you again Kirsten!

I’d like to thank Kirsten for her creativity and professionalism in realising the portrait I commissioned of my girlfriend, and for her care in guiding me as a novice of the artistic process. I only had a rough idea in my head of what I wanted out of the portrait, so I needed a professional artist who could pick up my ideas and make them work. Kirsten started right away after I had briefed her on my girlfriend’s artistic tastes and interests. Kirsten realistically captured how I view my girlfriend with just a few photos, and was clearly inspired by my brief notes. My main hope for the piece was that the artist’s skill and inspiration would shine through with the portrait of my girlfriend. I wanted the artist to have fun and create a piece that could be enjoyed for the art as well as a gift. Kirsten achieved this beautifully, and I feel that our shared interest in giving her the space to play also facilitated what was a very personal and enjoyable journey. I’ve not gifted the piece to my girlfriend yet, but I’m confident that it will be love and first sight and that she will enjoy Kirsten’s artistic expression for many years to come. I feel Kirsten is uniquely qualified to bring out the unique beauty and character of the subjects she paints. I felt assured early on that Kirsten would respectfully and carefully portray my girlfriend, while still sticking to the brief. She was confident proposing ideas that I felt clearly showed she was working intimately with the piece. I would recommend Kirsten as your portrait artist for the deeply personal experience you will enjoy, as well as the wonderful portrait you will get at the end.

I had a vision of having all of us boys (brother, father, grandfather and myself) all placed together in a loving portrait. I searched for the right artists for many months that I felt who would work with me during all stages of the work and who I thought would give justice to the art work. My grandfather, who I never met, passed away a few days after I was born. He served his country during WW2 and was lucky to make it back home, when a lot of his mates did not. My father enlisted and he too protected this country and was lucky on so many occasions. So, this art work was not only important to me, but to my family. I wanted a piece that will live through time and tell a story to future generations of our family. To honor my Grandfather and Father. Kirsten's work is nothing short of amazing and spectacular. She gave life and meaning to this piece. It is such a privilege that I was able to find Kirsten and for her to accept and take on my vision. Kirsten was always keeping me abreast of all stages throughout the making of this piece. Each stage I could tell was so carefully nurtured by Kirsten, that I am astound by her talent. Kirsten was so easy to work with, so easy to communicate my thoughts on how I wanted the piece to, and the final product is perfect. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an artist who would do so much justice to your portrait/piece. Kirsten's talent cannot just be described in words. Her works demonstrates what she is capable of and and how much care and devotion she places within it. I look forward to working with Kirsten again in the very near future for further pieces that I have in mind. Thank you so much Kirsten. This piece will be cherished within our family for many generations.

We had a wall mural designed and painted by Kirsten and we are very happy with not only the finished product but the ease of working with her. Kirsten from the beginning provided a professional approach which provided us a positive mind set that we were going to have an outstanding finished product, and we very much have that. So, great interpreter of other's "dreams" to canvas/wall, great artist, great communicator. Highly recommend Kirsten.

Kirsten's work not only captured the essence of artistic brilliance but also served as a lasting tribute to my mother's creative spirit. Each brushstroke seems to dance on the canvas, creating a symphony of colours and emotions. My mother's artwork, adorned with Kirsten's touch, has truly transformed our living space into a gallery of beauty. The depth and texture in her work reveal a mastery of the medium, making her an artist whose talent deserves both recognition and admiration. Her ability to evoke emotion through vibrant hues and intricate details is truly commendable. The acrylic masterpiece, a collaborative effort, stands as a poignant reminder of the meaningful connection between art and emotion. Kirsten's talent has provided a tangible and heartfelt expression of my mother's legacy, and the painting will undoubtedly be cherished as a timeless tribute. My family is thrilled with the result, and Kirsten's artistry has added an unparalleled aesthetic charm to our home. Highly recommended.

About
I am a Torquay based artist, on the Surfcoast. I am a multidisciplinary artist, working in a variety of styles since 2016. I started doing colourpencil drawings that look like photos. Now I specialise in large scale Hyperrealism portraits, botanical drawing and anything else! Mediums colourpencil, graphite and charcoal. I have expanded to include murals using paints and aerosols, and have completed 8 since 2020, winning a National street art award for my largest. I love portraiture, the contrast of black and white against colour, working at a larger scale, and challenging myself to explore my abilities. I also run workshops teaching what I know. If you have an idea, I’d love to chat!

I can replicate designs if it suits my style
