About
Florence is a visual artist based in Melbourne. Her art practice focuses on the narrative aspects of visual medium and using subject matter for storytelling. Her art practice is influenced by her cultural heritage and particularly experience as child learning art in a variety of traditional mediums. Presently, she takes an interest in portraiture, still life, and genre landscape paintings that represent everyday experience. She has been a finalist in SBS portrait prize, prospect portrait prize, Agendo emerging artist award and the winner of albert part college art show in 2020.
