Working with Susan was a pleasure. She was always prompt, on time and did what she said she would do. Susan is a very hard hard worker. She was always here before me, and stayed working after I left. Not to mention all the up and down on the Ladders and scaffolding. Her color choices and design of my mural was outstanding. She really nailed it. I get compliments on it all the time. We hired Susan to create a mural for our startup restaurant, Helka Cafe. We took over a space that had a chalkboard mounted on a wall that was initially used as a menu. Last minute, we thought we use the space to showcase, in art form, what Helka Cafe embodies. Wow, did Susan hit a home run! She created an absolute masterpiece. It's colourful, vibrant, eye-catching, funky and so creative. She even incorporated parts of our mission and vision statement. Beyond that, Susan is professional, laid-back, positive and we shared many laughs along the way. She exceeded our expectations and we hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future!

About
Mural, Mural, on the wall... This has been my dream since I was small! For as long as I can remember, hand lettering is my first love language. Based in Vancouver, I have dedicated the last 8 years as a multidisciplinary designer, custom font maker, typography enthusiast, and pun-loving marker warrior. Inspired by vivid memories, late night musings, underrated themes, and sheer novelties, I am obsessed with originality and personality. Collaborators identify my artistic style as funky, vibrant, and dynamic. Intentionally merging the paths of my reality with my lifelong dreams, I strongly believe in meeting the moment with honest human expressions. All-time favorite works are cafe menus, storefront and office murals!
