Arega created a beautiful sketch of a Garden Party for me. It was a tad tricky conveying my ideas over the internet; however, she did a fabulous job of pulling all my elements together. Her level of detail was precisely what I was envisioning. She’s a very talented artist with a level of professionalism and customer service that are equally as impressive. We hired Aregnaz for a real time wedding portrait. The canvas painting and moment captured was absolutely perfect. The couple were very happy to receive such a beautiful gift for their wedding. Communication was easy and professional. She adjusted according to the environment. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and would definitely hire her again.

About
Arega Grigoryan is a professional artist with 14+ years of experience in fine art, from Armenia who currently resides and creates in Burnaby, BC. Arega has been passionate about art since her early years and began her journey in fine art in middle school. She attended Abovyan fine art school for 5 years and then went on to study at the Panos Terlemezyan College of Fine Arts for another 5 years in Yerevan, Armenia. During her time in art college from 2006 to 2011, Arega honed her painting skills and developed her style, ultimately discovering her passion for portraits. She drew inspiration from the works of impressionists and modern artists of the 21st century. Arega’s works are characterized by playful colors and mystic compositions, and they reflect her self-expression, fantasy, emotions, and dreams. Arega has exhibited her works in many galleries in Armenia and Canada, and has also participated in numerous art shows, including the Armenian President’s award in Yerevan, Armenia, and Art Battle in Saskatoon, SK, Canada, where she emerged victorious and went on to represent Saskatchewan province in Alberta's Finals in 2017. After moving to BC, Arega enrolled in digital art courses at BCIT and Vancouver Animation School and began her journey in digital art. Although she is now a fine and digital artist, she still holds a deep love for fine art and believes that it is the foundation of all art. Arega’s preferred mediums are oil on canvas and charcoal. Arega believes that true art is the fuel of humanity and that it must always move the hearts.
