About
Kiara (Kiartistics/TatsByKiara) is a tattoo artist and freelance artist based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She was always introduced to new forms of art by her mother, who is a craftsperson, and her grandmother, who paints landscapes and still lifes. Self-taught, she began pencil drawing in 2009 at 11 years old starting with freehand cartoon drawings. She has since then ventured out into cartooning, storytelling and specializes in realistic portraiture and digital work. She is currently focusing on expanding her tattooing portfolio with illustrative, blackwork art. She enjoys expressive and celestial works and is also experimenting with NFT's and rug making. Her art is inspired by dynamics, expression, mood, and interpretation. She loves soft and bold colors, balance, and playing with different mediums. She tries to always explore, play with, and be adventurous when developing new ideas.
