The art I create typically revolves around a rainbow palette which draws viewers in immediately. Bold, brazen lines and organic shapes create my work that will vary in composition but commonly feature some type of florals or other growth, reflective of people growing individually and with the rest of the world, ever-changing and always evolving. Several layers of texture made up of acrylic paints and cut, recycled paper is almost always a consistent theme that occurs in my work as well. I often describe my art as a trifle of delicious layers for the eyes to feast upon. Stare too long, and you get lost, which isn't necessarily a terrible thing, when a break from the real world is vital. I am an "older" artist, having stepped back into the creative world after some life-changing decisions, but that choice has given me back the passion and motivation I was once afraid I had lost. Sharing my work with others brings me even more joy, and my goal is to bring that same feeling to my audience.
