I am absolutely thrilled with my portrait! Daisy has a wonderful creative expression that truly shines through in the work, yet she skillfully balanced her unique style with my specific desires and vision. Throughout the process, she was attentive and collaborative, making sure every detail aligned with what I wanted. The final portrait is perfect—exactly what I had hoped for and even more than I expected. It beautifully captures the essence I was looking for and genuinely surprised me with its depth and quality. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a personalized, expertly crafted portrait that combines artistic creativity with careful attention to the commissioner’s wishes. I will engage her again to do a portrait of my parents from old photos that I have of them. I am a rather quiet private person, and Daisy seemed to understand or rather bring out the real me!

I've worked with Daisy closely now for a very long time and it has been a blast. We have known each other since we were young and she has always been an artist through and through. I'm so happy that I finally get to hang up one of her pieces! I don't know any fancy art terms, but she had sent me photos of the progress on the painting throughout the whole process and it was really incredible, the amount of details in every progress picture was amazing. In one of the early renderings of the painting she had a body of water as well as a tree and some other details I can't remember off the top of my head, but anyways what really blew me away was how she transformed all of that into a completely different landscape. It really was amazing, she's super talented and wonderful to work with. Just the other day we were sitting in a cafe and she was sketching my face and she is so good that it literally only took her like 2 minutes to sketch out my face and it looked like me! It was super cool, if you are considering working with her I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! Much Love, Alex

I am a trained artist with a strong foundation in fine art, painting, and art history. My artistic journey began at Miami Arts Charter School, where I studied fine art and developed my skills in various mediums. I continued my education at the Kansas City Art Institute, focusing on painting and art history, which deepened both my technical abilities and my understanding of artistic traditions and contexts.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to exhibit my work in prominent art scenes including New York City, Sarasota, Miami, and Kansas City, Missouri. These exhibitions helped me gain valuable exposure and experience in presenting my art to diverse audiences.
After graduating, I worked as a restorationist at Stoetzer INC, where I specialized in restoring Pre-Columbian ceramics and stonework. This role enhanced my appreciation for historical art and craftsmanship, as well as my attention to detail and technical precision. Following this, I served as a docent at the Institute of Contemporary Art, sharing my passion for art with visitors and deepening my engagement with contemporary artistic practices.
As a private art tutor, I have taught fine art and art history to elementary-aged children, guiding them through creative projects such as constructing and painting a “House on Wheels.” This hands-on approach fosters both artistic skills and imaginative thinking in young learners.
In addition to teaching, I have been commissioned for several paintings, including portraiture and custom works, and have sold numerous pieces internationally. My art can be found in collections around the world, reflecting my commitment to creating meaningful and impactful work. I have also exhibited internationally, further broadening my artistic reach and experience.
