Hello! My name is Wyn I am a award-winning watercolor artist based in Louisville, Kentucky. I graduated in 2003 from California State University Fullerton where I majored in Art emphasizing drawing and painting. After 15 years of teaching art, I became a full-time artist in 2019 focusing on florals, landscapes, and portraits. Most recently, I won the 1st prize International Watercolour Master 2024 contest, was nominated for the people's choice award in Plein Air Magazine and won 1st place at the Louisville Urban Plein Air contest. My work has been published in Newspapers, Magazines and T.V. such as Plein Air Magazine, Splash 24: The Best of Watercolor Magazine, Napa’s Spotlight Magazine, Magnolia Network, Napa Valley Register, KCRA3 News and others. I love to spend time with my family, play guitar, and enjoy the great outdoors.
