About
Hello! My name is Namrata. I am an artist from India. As an artist, I am happiest when I am indulged in a creative project wherein I am able to channelize all my energy and passion towards the canvas and create some magic with colors. I feel so lively when I am painting. It’s like, for those few hours, I know I have elevated myself from an ordinary life to a life of passion and exuberance. I also love the journey of each painting where in the beginning, there is this mystery even in the artist’s mind. But with every stroke of the brush, the image in an his head gets clearer and we get to see the final piece on the canvas. To speak about my experience, I have been painting since childhood, as far as I remember my life - I remember being into art. I have had my own exhibitions in India and I have also done commissioned work. The projects that I take, I take them very personally.
