My name is Darcy Jem Mikayla Markac Moore. A mouth full I know! Those close to me refer to me as Mikki. I am a female artist in her mid 20s, born and raised in Melbourne Victoria. I am well travelled in Melbourne and have see almost all of my own country, NZ and Jakarta in Bali. My art is inspired by personal life events, memories, healing, mental health, global issues, human rights, Esoteric festival and all my work is UV reactive. I don't have one style as such, that puts one in a box, I have many styles and can do many different mediums. This helps when dealing with customised paintings because I can adapt where I need to. I've been an artist since I was 15, picked up the paint brush again in 2020 when I lost everything in life. It helped me process and move forward to where I am now. I am a student at Victoria University, studying a double degree in Criminal Justice and Psychological Studies. I like my work to be affordable for everyone and that's something I really try hard to keep in mind when pricing my work. Art talents time and many many hours and things often don't go the way we plan. Please be patient with myself and any other artist as this is a hard industry to be apart of and a lot more goes into these works than people realise.
