About
I’m Will - a freelance illustrator, mural artist, signwriter & creative builder. I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a First-Class degree in Illustration in 2019, and since then I first ran my own freelance business in Sheffield, before relocating to North London in 2024. My work combines technical, observational imagery with a colourful nature, reflecting my passion for design and visual communication. Some of my recent and impactful achievements include painting a colossal mural in Sheffield’s Orchard Square shopping centre, which won a World Illustration Award in the Professional Site Specific category in 2021, painting a mural for Trust Pilot’s head offices in central London, writing and running DesignLab with The V&A and Sheffield Museums, an arts education programme with local secondary schools to explore the design heritage of their city, completing an internship with The Sunday Times illustration department, painting a floral mural in Chelsea, London and working with Oxford Street on an illustrative campaign for the Platinum Jubilee. I enjoy collaborating with and contributing to diverse and dynamic teams, organisations, and communities, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
