Unfortunately, my experience with Prunella was negative. I gave her what I thought were clear instructions for my vision. She promptly sent me her sketch but it was far from what we had discussed and incomplete (no colour). Without even checking in with me to see if we were on the right track she started requesting payment to be released. I offered to pay her once the sketch was adjusted to what I wanted and completed but she wasn't interested and requested payment again. It's too bad we couldn't work this out - her sketches are beautiful but she lacks the ability to collaborate and complete work.
