I found this image as a black and white photo taken in an East European city and decided I must paint this young man. It got me wondering what was he doing in that rundown house, who was he waiting for as he sat at the window having a smoke. I love delving into people's minds, why they do the things they do, what makes them tick. This was painting was sold to a person in New Zealand for his collection. 12" x 16" on block canvas.
