Voices of the future by Woke3 Studios in Nashville

Voices of the Future is a mural rooted in the perspectives of the next generation. The piece centers youth voices, ages 18 and under, capturing their thoughts, dreams, and realities through direct engagement. I recorded these voices and transformed them into QR codes embedded into the mural, allowing people to hear them in real time as they experience the work. Visually, the mural brings these voices to life through portraiture and movement, creating a space where the presence of young people is felt, seen, and heard. It’s about giving them ownership, not just of the mural, but of the narrative. This project is about legacy, visibility, and making space for the future to speak for itself.
