The Wall Cafe, Brighton by Artist Dotty in Brighton

The Wall Cafe, Brighton

What a fantastic commission this was. Originally a brown hut, leading to the round port wall, for fishermen to rock up everday and hope to catch mackeral. The owner is a Pink Floyd fan so I wrote : All in all it's One one side of the cafe. Much to my delight this confused the heck out of customers as it was an unfinished sentence. Obviously we all kniw its a line from a Floyd song. The streetstyle neon colours really pop and the gold trim on the top gave the hut a temple like quality, when the sun bashes onto the side. Thousands of tourists now flock to see my art and take photos. And I still get a free coffee. Ok it's not champers but who cares it's a great location.
