The colorful flowers on a black background depict every cloud has a silver lining, and no matter how much we are in the dark, we should seek strength from simple things like flowers. This painting took 3 years to be completed. The flowers with the layers of colors shows circle of life and the green branches which are matched with the circles, kind of like an energy that is culminating from the flower to the stem

Islamabad, PakistanI'm a self-taught artist based in Pakistan — I've been drawing and painting since I was a kid, but it wasn't until 2017, at 27, that I really fell for oil on canvas (a bit like Van Gogh finding his stride later in life). I haven't put the brush down since.
My work moves between flowers, landscapes, animals, and human rights themes, but the style I keep coming back to is cubism. I love making line-drawn canvas portraits of human faces, Picasso-inspired but very much my own thing. By day I work in public health, which quietly shapes a lot of what I paint.
I'm open to commissions, always happy to talk about a piece.
