Surfer Beach Board Art
A sunlit beach scene comes alive in Surfer Beach Board Art, a Mural/Graffiti piece seen in Leeuwarden. The surfboard features a bold, stylized figure in yellow and pink, outlined with flowing lines and surrounded by oceanic motifs. The vivid, hand-painted design stands out against the sandy backdrop, reflecting a carefree, summery spirit. Acrylic or spray paint brings the illustration to life, suggesting adventure and self-expression. Medium: painted surfboard.
Meet the Artist
Utrecht, NetherlandsNanski creates illustrations about topics such as inclusivity, empowerment, gender equality and body positivity. Her work can be found in magazines and newspapers, but also on painted camper vans, surfboards and murals. She always creates her work in her recognizable colorful palette and the gradients in her work show that not everything is black-and-white—or pink-and-blue. She creates a layered world without binary thinking.
As a visual activist, Nanna wants to show that everyone belongs and that diversity should be celebrated. Her illustrations are a call to be proud of yourself and to be an ally to those who deserve it.
“Enjoy this playground she calls work!”
