She was so quick to respond, and we had a video call so she could advise me on what would look best as well as gaining a deep understanding of what I wanted and the story behind it. Throughout the process, she was very responsive, and she worked to my budget for this piece, which I greatly appreciated. She also personally delivered the piece to my apartment, with a little note to my fiancé, which was such a beautiful touch.
