Soho Theatre Green Room by Amber Scarlett in London

Soho Theatre's Green Room desperately needed a makeover for their staff and artists. The room had minimal natural light, low ceilings and had an unconventional shape. It needed colour without being too overbearing and designated kitchen, seating and chill out areas. The team had decided that they were going to install a grey corner bench with a table to eat, drink and socialise, therefore the main design had to occupy the upper part of the walls. I decided to bring in muted versions of the fluorescent colours used throughout the space with their trademark navy/grey used in the beautiful Soho Theatre bar. These colours were used on other walls in the space to highlight the versatility of the space and make it feel bigger than it was.
