I am a Toronto-based artist specializing in elaborate hand paintings and digital art. Known for my “calligraffiti” aesthetic, I apply dynamic clash of graffiti and traditional lettering on surfaces including large scale murals, luxury vehicles, high fashion, and brand collaborations. In the past I have worked and exhibited in places including Zurich, Barcelona, New York, Dubai, and Miami. As an immigrant from Tirana, Albania, my core inspiration to my style birthed from Toronto’s rich array of cultures and ethnicities. I disrupt the conventions of calligraphy by creating my own encrypted language based on emotion, rhythm, and movement. My subjects include a range of abstract, symbolism, and illustrative portraits. Through my pieces, I strive to shine light on our integral human essence by combining lettering elements from various languages around the world.
