This playful, quirky illustration explores the idea of a bustling city and the people that fill the streets with movement and buzz. Imperfections in the line work bring the artwork to life, contributing to the juxtaposition of rush, wonder and contemplation and the ways in which we share public spaces, each taking up space in different ways. At times, the crowded city streets can feel overwhelming, reflected in the scale and lack of focal point in the artwork, creating a pattern of people, rhythm and flow.
