Hello, my name is Cameron, and I am a proud Aboriginal man that lives in Melbourne. I go by the name of Gabadj Art, which means in language Black Cockatoo. I have always been artistic in some kind of way through my life. I have connected back to my culture over the past years as we rediscover my ancestors and build our family tree. When I paint, I find it very therapeutic, and it connects me to my culture. I love telling my stories through my paintings and also love telling other people's stories through commission work. I always give updates to my clients of the art process and never hand over a painting until the client and myself is 100% satisfied even if that means extra hours.
