QUO Cosmetic Portrait out of Makeup

This was a brand commission for QUO Cosmetics. This piece was done live as an art activation for the launch of their new makeup brush line. In honour of the launch, this portrait was created on silk stretched over canvas, using their makeup brushes and only their makeup. This image is a closer detail of the portrait to highlight the texture and reflective minerals and pigment of the makeup used.
